We are looking for experienced Logistics and Operations Managers to oversee and optimize our logistics operations. As a Logistics and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and operations management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the supply chain and logistics operations
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors
• Develop and implement logistics strategies and plans
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Lead and develop the logistics and operations team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and operations management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
